1. Purpose:
These general conditions are intended to govern the online rental of the cottage located on the second floor of the owner’s house.

2. Online Booking:
The reservation of the cottage is exclusively done online via the website. It is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total rental amount.

3. Payment:
The balance of the rental is to be paid on-site, upon arrival, in cash or by credit card.

4. Accommodation Capacity:
The cottage is designed to accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Any additional person must obtain prior authorization from the owner and may incur additional charges.

5. Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized by the owner.

6. Use of Premises:
Tenants agree to use the rented premises peacefully and to return them in good condition. They also agree to comply with the internal regulations of the cottage.

7. Liability:
The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage suffered by tenants during their stay.

8. Timings:
The arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrival: from 3:00 PM
Departure: before 11:00 AM

9. Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the owner’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
